Anonymous search
Care Compass does not require an account to search providers, facilities, or urgent care. You may browse anonymously until you choose to schedule or contact a provider directly.
Session analytics
Search queries and care journey events may be logged with an anonymous session identifier stored in sessionStorage. These logs help ACN improve the directory and reduce network leakage. They are not sold and are not used to identify individual members without separate scheduling or contact information you provide to a provider.
Scheduling and PHI
When you request a visit through a provider or facility, you may share contact or clinical information governed by that organization's privacy practices — not this marketing site's terms alone.
Cookies and local storage
Care Compass uses browser local storage for optional plan selection, journey progress, and care-team context. Clearing site data resets these preferences on your device.
Third-party services
Maps (Mapbox), hosting (Vercel/Netlify), database (Supabase), and optional CMS (Sanity) process technical data needed to operate the site. Provider and facility records originate from ACN roster feeds — not LLM-generated listings.
Children's privacy
The public directory is intended for general audience use. Parents and guardians should supervise minors using search and scheduling features.

ACN may update these notices as features evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date below.
