Understanding ACN Gold and Silver badges
What alignment tiers mean in search results — and what members never see behind the scenes.
When you search in Care Compass, some providers show an ACN Gold or ACN Silver badge. These reflect strong network alignment under ACN value-based contracts — not a promise about every individual visit.
Members see only the tier label. Raw alignment scores stay internal to ACN and participating practices.
Gold-aligned providers appear first in results, followed by Silver, then Standard in-network options. Within each tier, distance, availability, and other factors still affect ordering.
